When The Dark Comes
A major exhibition of my paintings at the Andrew Lamont Gallery at Theatr Brycheiniog, Brecon featuring 48 works.
When The Dark Comes
The poor, the outcast, the institutionalised, the criminalised, the twisted and the brave all come together at the Andrew Lamont Gallery at Theatr Brycheiniog on Friday 22nd May.
These individuals, characters from our collective past, need to have their secrets told and their anger vented.
Described as brutal, harrowing and poignant these intense and emotional oil portraits are collected together in the second major showing of my work in Wales and the exhibition features 58 people- all with a story to tell.
Anthony won the Ifor Davies Art Award at the National Eisteddfod in 2012.
Opening Night is at 6pm on Friday 22nd May, the show runs until the 14th June.
Theatr Brycheiniog is at the Canal Wharf in Brecon and is open Monday to Saturday 9am till 5pm, or 9am till 11pm on performance nights.
Entrance to the Andrew Lamont gallery on the top floor is free.
